The NC Marine RTi – CONCRETE is a massive and high-capacity option. Thanks to the massive dead weight of the dock, the wave-absorbing ability is excellent, which in itself provides good protection, for example, when building a marina. The CONCRETE series docks are sturdy and they have a high load-bearing capacity, which means that they can also be used as a wave absorber or a floating platform. RTi – CONCRETE works well as a floating structure, for example, when it´s properly dimensioned.

The CONCRETE docks we manufacture are intended for home and guest marinas, as swimming docks or as a floating structure platform. CONCRETE docks allows the users of the dock a pleasant, safe and easy-to-maintain solution. Due to the high load-bearing capacity, the structure enables a versatile possibility to build on top of the element, for example as a platform for floating buildings.

RTi-PREMIUM 120 is the strongest heavy concrete pontoon in our range. Concrete deck height 50cm (without wooden deck). In the Premium model, the polystyrene is covered with concrete on each side of it and is therefore not in contact with water, this limits the hydration of the polystyrene and increases the service life of the dock. When high load capacity is required, the RTi – Concrete is the right choice. The widths of the pier start at 3 meters and the lengths at 12.5 meters.

PREMIUM series the piers can be extended with rubber bolted joints. In this way we get a unified dock set where user-friendliness at high operating loads is optimal and safe
